Dearest Mom & Uncle,
Thank you very much for the $100. Sister received it on Wed. I should buy the plane ticket as soon as possible. Thank you very much for letting me go to Los Angeles for Thanksgiving. I'm so glad you understand. I'm sure I'll have a very nice time. I might even call up your friends down there.
Well, Uncle Jack is supposed to arrive today. I think he'll either call or write to me. I can't wait until the suitcase & candy comes. Will Uncle Jack make another trip to H.K. after this one? If so, I'll have to buy all the X'mas presents and ask him to bring them back to H.K. What would you like for X'mas? I'll send you the wig with the X'mas presents.
By the way, have you made the wool dresses for me yet? If not, then I shall have to buy some here as it's getting pretty cold. If you intend to make them for me, please don't make the black jumper. The rest will be fine.
