Dear T. -

This morning your log of June 13th arrived for which I thank you.  Our letters about the Feheley sale crossed evedently, for in the meantime you will have received mine calling your attention to the same sale.

Herewith a letter and a lot of papers destined to Mrs. Cooney, of which I assume you will take cognizance.

July 4th.  This is still a good way off, but by all means close Monday and Tuesday.
