My dear Mr. Pepper:-

I thank you for sending to me a copy of your interesting article on the material found at Bonito. It makes mighty interesting reading, and the illustration is fine. I think that I could make use of two copies if you can spare them.

I shall be eager to hear what you have been doing during the summer and have a chat with you about the "Anthropologist" and other things.

I am just writing to Mr. Goulding about the price of his jar and will let you know as soon as I receive an answer.
