My dear Hough:-

Have read your letter to Mr. Heye and he is delighted at the prospect of adding the Southwestern pottery to his collection. Since you saw his room it has put on several coats of material. This is about the only way that I can express it. Really, it is a wonder how much material that little room can absorb.

Glorious news indeed to the members of the "Father Clan" to know that the "Great Father" from the "City of Fathers" is to be in our midst. As the poet says "Oh may it be soon".

There will be a hearty welcome for you when you reach the "Wilds of New York".

Cordially yours in the bonds of "Fatherhood"
George H. Pepper
