Mr. Frederick Landsberg,
43 Johnson Street,
Victoria, B. C.

My dear Mr. Landsberg:-
Your letter of the 27th ult. lins before me. I had a chance to talk with Mr. Heye yesterday and thought that he might be able to use one or both of the nets. He decided that, owing to the restricted quarters which he now has to use for his specimens, he cannot handle any of the larger specimens such ao these nets must be.
I hope that you can find something that will do for a Christmas present, concerning which I wrote in my last letter. I am anxious to mike it a Northwest coast object so do endeavor to find one or two good things for me.

Sincerely yours,
Geo. H. Pepper.
