Jayncees and Beta Sigma Phi Parties Gather Gifts for the Holidays
By VYLLA POE WILSON

Tusch, known throughout the aviation world as "Mother" Tusch, at the cocktail party given in her honor by the Ninety-Niners (International Association of Women Pilots) in the attractive apartment of Mrs. Blanche Noyes, national president, yesterday afternoon. Mother Tusch, who acknowledges to 72 years, was the youngest person at the party in spirit. She was so delighted to see "her girls," pilots who have won laurels through the years, as well as the eager bright-eyed younger women of the organization.

Gruber, curator of the national air museum of the Smithsonian institution, under whose charge the Kitty Hawk plane, in which the Wright brothers first took to the air, has been placed.
Also present was Charles Planck, author of "Women With Wings,"a masterful presentation of women in aviation.

Every member arrived with toys for the grab bag and books and toys for the lending library maintained by the organization at the Calvary Baptist Church.
While she had as good a time as anybody last night at the dinner and party, Mrs. Charles Burton kept an eye for the toys arriving for the project and, in fact, signed up for still more to be delivered at another time.
