The New Ruler of Austria. The former Archduke Charles Francis Joseph became Emperor of Austria and King of Hungary upon the death of his aged father, Francis Joseph. he has chosen to rules as Charles I. On the left is his latest photograph, take on board a military train. A post card very popular in Austria is in the centre, and at the right is the young Emperor and his family. The Empress Zita is holding the Archduchess Adclaide. The Archduke Charles Franz Joseph, heir apparent, is standing at her knee.
