Sat. 19  absence of the alumni members. Pongee surely gave the club a piece of his mind when he opposed old members' membership. The Chinese School opening celebration was a scream! September 11
Sun. 19  the [[poke?]] song was - with all imaginable & unimaginable pitches & tones & voices! We had ten gallons of ice cream, & I had the pleasure of serving the ice cream. I don't think I shall attend school as only 1 or 2 H. School studes [[misp students]] will go.
