19 I attended a YPSL meet & declined my nomination for sec. Now I wonder why!
We went to services after, & Capt. Oliphant the new guy at the church, preached. A bouquet of chrysanthemums at the alter gave me a swell idea for a story or poem.

19 Our English [[?]] verb course begins today, and good ole Anderson has exempted Janice & I from any such lessons.
