Wed. Mar. 15- '39

  Yesterday's magnificent sky over the west mountains still remains with me.  It was hard blue-grey, luminous and cold, from Kapalia mt. to Anahola  mt.  I saw it from the railroad track at the bridge.  
My life seems like a walk from one place of beauty to another.  It is not a passing of days - it is a coming and passing of sudden wonders on a strange unknown place.
