I have the honor to request the papers in the case of Henry Cannon (Cold) for the restoration of his child "Dick", who was apprenticed to Jas. R. Bailey of Panola County Miss.

I do this in behalf of the Attorney in the case, in order that he may send the papers to Washington if you have not taken any action in the matter.
