I am going to plant my tomatoes this week it takes a long time for them to come up. and aster seeds Pa brought home the seeds last night. Thursday afternoon Aunt Bina and Mrs Burnes came to call. Mrs Burns is looking bad she is awful sober for her, she used to be so happy go lucky Dwight she says is coming all right. Mr Burns has been out of work all winter, they are seeing hard times in their old age and I pity them. I am getting over my cold fairly well, you must be careful and not add to yours, your fever took your strength and then this hot weather on top of that dont work too much till you get back your strength, do be careful. I am taking hyderasties for an appetite. I heard the frogs as I came home from watering Kitty for the first time last night so I guess spring is here in full swing glad we have our hot weather more gradual, I guess New England weather is all right after all. When are you thinking of coming home wish you could stay longer. This weather makes one think of thinner clothes I have got to make up something for this summer, two dresses are waiting to be cut and made I wish Bertha would do them but its so far down there I cant spare the time to go.
