I have been busy all of this week getting off my jackets and havent stopped to breathe. So know but little what is going on around me. I would say that poorer people than the Trotters have managed to bring into this world, children that have proved a blessing to their parents, and would suggest that she cultivates a better feeling towards her offspring, that will surely follow it through life. Mary Ansil had a spell of Acute indigestion this week, it scart them and Ruby had her go down to the Drs, who gave her something to take before and after meals. Pa is interested in his trees that he has worked so hard on this week. if you had seen him working this time you would never mistrusted he was past his prime of life he exerted all his strength, sawing, and splitting those big logs, it was fun to watch them. I expected he would be all lamed up but he came out all right and seemed to enjoy it, to think he could do so much work was consolation for him. It does not seem now as though we were going to have any more very bad weather I was reading of some one out in Haverill that had seen a large flock of bluebirds. Spring will be with us before we know it. I'm thinking. I have not returned Edith Waylands call, and dont intend to rightaway.
