Dear Doris-

Well now I will try and write a little Pa has just finished his weekly letter to Lena. 
This is a damp chilly day and just commenced to rain and will doubtless turn into snow. but I dont believe it will ammount to much. Yesterday was a nice warm day, we have had it pretty cold and blustering this week, I took my work Thursday and meandered up to Sues, she is failing and so is Horace his is more mentally, they were both pleased to see me, Georgia Taylor came home while I was there, you know she stays there two or three days in the week. she also has broncheal trouble and is looking poorly she was glad to see me and said it seemed like old times.
