Dear Doris
Well I have been up and at it all the morning, it is now 9 o'clock and Lena has just put in her appearance. I have dug her some dandelions and they have been on boiling an hour now. This has been a nice comfortable week and we have enjoyed it, Lena is busy preparing to go on a "hike" with another teacher, somewhere, they are not quite decided where, she will tell you about it later. Mame says that Anna Leonard met her man, when they were children and she used to go to Bridgewater, to visit her Grandmother they grew up together and she used to have her beaux come while he would be over here visiting her and they finally found out they cared for each other, quite romantic is it not?  Amy is home for the wedding, and Rachie has the whole Churchill crowd helping her, so I guess they can manage it amongst them and it will come off with a great
