Sunday fornoon

Doris To day is a good winter day only 4 above and a cold No wind yesterday it fluried hard I was out for a little while and started up two bunches of Partridge over back of Central St where they look for the berries. but it was so cold and windy I came back home pretty junk. we had a great time when we opened the box and found all the good things it contained also the small box the ring is a good fit for my finger and it was something I was not in the least expecting am sure we shall enjoy the other good things I guess I will let your ma and Lena tell of their good luck you think we Masons are having a good time it is all over nothing but the regular mutiny and work to come now we burned the mortgage last Thursday night and had a Turkey supper and Oyster's cream & cake. The red stuff will from now on be cut out in chapter no doubt, as all the celebrations are [?] for another fifty or hundred Junes and none of us will be there the next time
