Stoughton March 15th 1925

Dear Doris-

This is a real Marchy day after a nice mild week lots of snow fell north of us, and yesterday was a snowy feeling air all day, but the thermometer ran as high as 50° all day but the change came towards morning, when the wind got North West and blew hard, our window rattled so that I had to get up and plug it with matches, so I could sleep. we were both of us very tired. Stanley comes over about the time we are ready to turn in, poor fellow and then we sit up an extra hour so that we lose our usual amt of sleep. Mr McDonald came up Thursday night to listen in, so I guess they will have a set, he thought it was great fun. Archie is still in the hospital, but his father thinks him all right, he met with an accident, the Company pay his expenses while there.
