Doris

Your Ma usully starts her letters early in the day Mon. before I go down town so sometimes the day weather has cleared to good or bad. It has been cloudy but was out of doors all the fore noon trying to clean up some. Now I do not care a [[snap?]] for French Cob. I have had ever home we have lived here to put up with the leaves that have alway come our way and I have no desire to try to clean up such a lot at my age. I don't care what is put up. all we will have to do is put sash curtains to our window, instead of having the brush to look at and the back side of houses.
