Dear Doris
Your goods came Friday Afternoon I found the package. when I got home from downtown I finished my dress that noon. Now I will begin on the Little Bettys this week. I thought my cold had about subsided, but this morning it shows up, perhaps a little more is added, but I guess its dying hard. 
Tina called me up on the phone Friday, + asked me up, as Lon had gone + would not be home till late, so she thought. but to our surprise he came about two + was a terrible sick man. he had one of his heart attacks on the road, + hurried home. she gave him some medicine + after stretching out on the floor a while, he came out of. it. he will go in one of them some time. Afterwards I started to come away + someone in a car over took me + wanted me to jump in, which I did. it was Anna
