three days.  yesterday was a nice warm day, so that I went down to Mrs. Dykemans & she gave me a pretty birthday card she had all ready to mail. her birthday comes in June, she is between mine & your Pa's.  she is on a strict diet & has grown thin, she has another bad cold, & it would not take much to carry her off althou she is around again. it was terrible hot there.  I felt as if I would roast thats the way one takes cold is getting overheated.  Your bundle came Monday it was nice, different from any I ever had seen rubberized & nothing to fade or soil.  I received the Valentine thanks for the two.  I hope you are all well.  I had a dream that you were ill so that I am anxiously waiting to get your letter this morning.  Little Betty is good to amuse her self so well.  you can train her to everything, but to sleep, it seems.  I suppose the Robbinses are there & gone where did they send her mother, at last, poor old thing.   pity she hadn't gone instead of him.  Ma
