I can tell you. I have stayed at home since the snow came. one day I went down to Dykemans after apples. she is still in bed & I am afraid that she is never going to be any better. her stomac has been bad, & that together with the rest of her troubles, I cant see any hope. I feel sorry, she has been a very good friend & there are not many left. I miss Sidneys mother, we cling to the ones that are around our age & we cant seem to reconcyle ourselves to their going. I must go down to see Maude they have been up here twice. I think they find that shutting up the old home, is one place less for them to visit, a pity it has to be empty. Little Betty may get more teeth before you are aware of it as she cuts them so easy. I hope so. Does she wear her old red legging garment I made her, when she goes out side to play?
Ma
