Dear Doris,

Well there is not much to write about this morning, the weather is about the same perhaps a mite cooler. I was glad to see the snow disappear, for Monday it was pretty slippery in the street where the autoes packed it down smooth. This mild weather helps to get rid of the winter, but the ice man must be worried meanwhile. We have had no letter from Lena as yet, but presume that she must be busy. We hear that Lydia Hodges is boarding at Mrs Bamerons & puts her car in Sandhams Garage at the next house (they have a double one) &the rest of the family are at Williams living & the two boys are working for him. they did not like out west with their Uncle.
