but I think it is a little better to-night, and as I have eschewed all sugar, bread and cake to-day and lived only on citrus fruit - milk, potato, turkey, and onions, I may get better soon. I have enough turkey for a generous helping to-morrow too. After that I think I shall fast for a while unless I am inviegled into going to Maynard or elsewhere.

When I got back here last night I found a card from Mrs. Hodgess urging me to visit them, some time, and one from Eleanor O'Connell Martin - one of the former Maynard teachers, married and living in Maynard, inviting me to a reunion with Melba, Ethel, and Helen either Thursday, Friday, Saturday or Sunday. As I am to go in to the matinee with my 1911 class mates to-morrow - Saturday P.M., the only time I could make it would be Sunday, but I have no way of knowing whether or not the others chose Sunday unless I telephone. I may do that, but I don't like to.
