I must go down to Mrs. Dykemans after some apples to day. I made them into pies all I had on hand & now there is nothing to make pies of. The turkey is hanging on yet we are going to have the remains for dinner. Yesterday was fish day. The little birds are coming in flocks, since the storm & I feed them every day, poor little starved things. We miss the baby every day also. Ma
