Dear Doris

We are having coolish, comfortable days, with not much rain. in fact a dry season. but tomatoes are coming on nicely. I do hope they will be ripe when you come up, I picked a bowl of berries for supper, my raspberries are coming now, but the dry weather hit them, so that they are small but a good many of them. Did your marygolds do well? My seeds all came up those you sent me, & are looking very thrifly. Mr Gerard came up yesterday to take a picture of my "Old Page place" that Mort gave me. for Willie Capen. he spoke of my house being large in size & also
