- Pak Pajo got a 1M. rupiah loan in Aug 76 too be repaid in 2 years
[[strikethrough]] altho [[/strikethrough]] payments due every 2 months; 98,000 each payment which means 8.8% a year of 176,000 Rp interest final payment not due till August but he will pay off this month ((incredible!!)) - guarantee for the loan ladang & pekarangan land
after submitting loan application to BRI only took 2 weeks to get the money
when filled out forms a bank official helped him - ((acc. to J. usually bank officials go around villages now & help people fill out applic. forms but then when money given out they take a cut))
- Pajo says he can repay the loan because he is just a "buruh" of the govn. & while he takes a profit in fact he always remembers that he is using govn's money, not his own
- he has a plan to ask for another

loan when this one paid off, which is probably more to the point & will use to open more perapens
- Pak Pujo is a member of coop but after 76 (after getting his loan) is not active in coop any more
- coop meets once a year what they usually talk about at that meeting is problems in returning coop loans
Pak Pujo's opinion of coop: "kurang baik + tidak adil" (not good & not fair) - says that if there is an order from the govn. the work is only given out to certain favored members ((are there ever orders from the govn? Is Sastro telling people that orders from Semarang are from the govn.?))
also complains that Sastro [[strikethrough]] will only [[/strikethrough]] gives a much lower price for the same tool as a pedagang langsung ((what is the difference?))
Pak Pujo [[strikethrough]] all [[/strikethrough]] also sells (melayani) PELAYAN raw materials from his warehouse to other perapeng in the area if they want, but doesn't

[[margin]] maybe referring to orders from P&K for gamelons (see below)[[/margin]]
