he says shrimp catch began going down in 1980 w/[[with]] introd. of trawlers 
shrimp beds narrow- only extend 15 depa out from shore 
man we are talking to a boat owner who belies the above says between 75-82 got 4000 Rp a K because shrimp were larger  now smaller + price has dropped
