Percy has just called up Horace passed away a few minutes ago)

Well to day has been a duplicate of last Sunday clear blue sky all day and a warm sun  Alice called up early and said Horace had been in state of coma for some hours in fact since 10 last night so its only a question of time from now on,  your Ma will drop in tomorrow morning I think

Fred Clapp changed his mind and is taking this week off he is to take a trip down East as far as Nova Scotia he hopes to reach.  I wished he did not change his mind for I would rather had the other week off to be home. Some of the time this morning just a little past six the Fire [[Thistle?]] started for an Auto or fire up at So. Stoughton so we got no more sleep and have tried to day but
