all bound up in each other. & live for just themselves a great pity they couldnt have children or something to get them over so much selfish natures. We had Mike Dykeman come & fix up our [[strikethrough]] telephone [[/strikethrough]] electric light,  put a plug in for the flat iron, & a chain on in the kitchen & straigten [[straighten]] the one up in the front chamber, that was so hard to pull on. I have been at home all the week except for trips to the store after groceries. The cat birds are all flown from their nest & are safe among the blackberry bushes where the cats do not roam The lot next to us has remained undesterbed [[undisturbed]] we are still anxiously waiting to know what is going to be done. even Winnie Rose asked me the other day when she brought me home, if there was really a house going to be put up on the lot. I told her yes as soon as they could decide on their plan I heard. Well the time will soon be here now when you will morter up North. will Mrs Foss be sent on ahead or all come togather [[together]] in the car. We have not heard from Lena this week. I guess she is with Jimmie some during College festivities, it does not take much excitement to use her up. Little Betty will like her ride up & will get pretty tired meanwhile. coming so far, hope you will get home safe do be careful.
