we have not heard fm Lena but think she is all right a

fiftieth Wedding anniversary Richard & Addies Monday the 19th. I dont suppose you received one. Trees are putting on a dense foliage so the houses are completely hid from our view. & the poor little jays are building another nest nothing have forsaken their old nest full of eggs. The little cut birds appeared Monday the are very tame & follow us around the yard., 

I have got the roof at dd house shingled mid Bulk head.  Trellis taken down and the Clapboard all naled where they loose and needed it fenced it today and have most of old shingles in the cellar was all in to day with the other work we have the Poll-Taxes all ready to go out
