Dear Doris
We are having nice pleasant weather the foliage is very beautiful owing to frosts being so slight. I think every day the weather will change. I have had to go up stairs, he noticed I was [[strikethrough]] was [[/strikethrough]] writing to you & came into the room to try to stop me he came up stairs early in the day to try to end my cleaning the chambers no matter what I do. he is not willing for me to sew or cook nowadays. I dont give in, for it would only make matters worse. he grows worse & wants his own way about everything
