I have just finished the little nighties. I had to piece up the sleeves as best I could. did you want me to send them along? Ma

Dear Doris

The storm is over. poured all night & all day but began to clear about 5 O'clock & the radio say gales tomorrow & colder. I started up the heater for an hour this afternoon to warm the rooms & then let if off as I thought it warm enough & Pa was worrying so bad over it. He is about the same as he has been but has slept better for the last two nights. I owe it to a warm drink before going to bed, of ginger tea. Aunt Molly called up just before twelve this noon, to bid me good bye, as they were about ready to start back to California.
