Dear Doris.
It has been a good cool pleasant day, after a week of sticky dog day weather. we had showers galore & all night it looked as if there were showers. but towards morning the wind got out of the south into the west & it was cooler. Today everybody started for the beaches. I guess but I thought it was a good day to stay at home.
