I am glad Mrs Cutting has got them out now  She can enjoy life & live happy once more without the eternal dread of something to happen. it is another stormy day but warmer - I have just had my nap & taken in the clothes did the baby like her little paint cards Lena sent. she can learn colors now if she has'nt before - George McGarvey thinks he knows of the one who shot Jack. he feels pretty bad about it. & if he can prove the man shot the dog, will give him all thats coming to him, cruelty to animals will be the case put up against him. I hope he does, the poor dog.

As Lena is going down town I will send along this letter. the sun has come out & bids fair to be pleasant 5 o clock super [[supper]] is going to be on soon tomatoes to night is the bill of fare.
