This area was settled by Germans - see https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Medomak_River 2. I cant find any location specified anywere. The blue postit? in the bottom right corner has something in another language, the symbol over the N makes it look spanish so could be from South America? 3. The Podocarpus shares with the podocarpus andina, which originates from Argentina.
