wagon over in the barn. So I didn't have sense enough to sell it & say nothing about it, as it took me by surprise, so Pa wanted to know what it was, & I told him so of course he vetoed it. & when I went down to the boy I said that he was not for letting it go. but that I was & said you take it it's over to the barn he said how much & I said $5.00 he said call it $4.00 & I told him to take it. he may come after it & may not he was from South Stoughton so he said. I hope he comes after it don't you?

Now Doris I don't know what to say about your coming its hard to decide Pa is very nervous, anything out the ordinary excites him & he is wild towards night especially. he often tells me
that I dont realize his condition & perhaps we dont. theres [[there's]]the old home of Sids perhaps between this one & that & Maudes [[Maude's]] we could manage to keep him quiet. its [[it's]] hard to know how to plan. I want to have you, but I dont want hell. Maude says they can come here everytime [[every time]] that I have mentioned it. they are crazy over the baby but you would not be satisfied. you all need a rest this summer & should have it, Pa cant [[can't]] reason on anything I ask him & he goes off on crazy talk till I'm sick of hearing him. he seems interested in nothing human

well we can think & plan on some way later
