Stoughton March 17th 1932

Dear Doris. 

Our early morning snow has turned into rain. between tumes I went down town so to do all my errands + arrived safe it was beginning to be quite slippery from so much trard in placeeo. but now since the rain theres not much snow left + seems good to have it warmes. 

This afternoon I have been making bran muffins they are baking now in the oven. I am thinking as long as they are working well with him its best to keep them on hand. they are good for any body as a dict. he often eats them between meals to go with his warm drinks. 

Pas has just come down from up stairs, he smells the muffins cooking + has eaten two while they are warm, right out of the oven. they tasted good he said. I make them without an egg always. they are better. I put in molasses + sugar both + raisins + nutmeet as in inducement for him to eat them. + I have also finding a way to use up Jalbots nuts, he brought us xmastime. by sharing them very thin, so that we can both eat them easily. 

While making a nut cake, I looked out to find it snowing again, the ground bring whits
