Mrs. Packard was having a hard cold + stayes in her room up stairs. so that no one will take it a good idea. I put on my new stockins they feel good + warm a little long but it may be a good fault. as they may wear better being part wool.

I am sorry Mrs butting got so tired out hope she is rested + feeling better from her journey by now. that eat the baby has is sure to stay + may have a dozen kittens. too bad you cant keep her though. but she has the dog. he is full of fleas. there are too many dogs as [[owned?]] in that neighborhood. the grass in summer gets full. but
