about his eating he is never twice alike  I dont have meat & he won't eat fish he finds lots of fault, he spoils every meal.  he eats butter when alone.  dips into everything with his spoon.

We have good going all the streets are broken out early & it has been no ice.  so really I enjoy going down town after I once get away. he spoils my wanting to go but its what agrees with me.  I am going down to the corner with my letter pretty soon so to take the air & change the scene.

Alice says Mystic is still doing the house work at Bareta Mardens.  she works the old woman they board out, it was not safe to have her there.  they did not get any thing from Mr. Mardens will he left a thousand dollars to the grandchild towards her education but perhaps after his wife dies the child will get some more.  I hope so, but you never can tell.  I guess he did not want it used for the crazy old womans benefit perhaps.  Ma.
