Dear Doris

Another snow storm came last night I wonder if you had the same, about as much as there was before, very light covering up the icy travelled streets, so it made it very dangerous for auto or people. It is cloudy now looks as if there were more ready to come at any time it is a chilly feeling atmosphere.
I have some sewing for this afternoon. I guess its with me as it is with mrs cutting. Anything
to sew to take up my mind from my troubles. We both aut to think of our mercies, as there are a great many worse off these troublesome times than we are, but we don't think of them untill we are deprived of them.
I got fish of George so today I had a chowder, we both like it + tasted good, as a rule there is not much in winter time I care for fish, salt fish tastes good + one can have it any time without much trouble.
I have to eat to save things as Pa never cares for things the second time he is finnicky about his food.
