Stoughton Dec 6th 1932 Dear Doris The day begun pleasant & sunny but since noon it is clouding up & looks like rain or snow. I went down town & did a few errands & got home in time to get dinner but missed the fish truck. but I will have salt fish for a change I would like it much better. Without the sun its chilly, the house needs warm sunshine in order to be comfortable. I dread snow & winter weather. The parcel post brought two bundles at the house, one contained two woolen sheets & the other I have not opened. But presume its Sid's dower flannel. I have got to hurry in order to get thing around in time for Xmas. it will come before we know it if I am not careful. I presume there will be lots of poor children that can only look at the many things on display in stores, that can never have any thing they see but
