My stock out in the flower garden seems to like the cool weather & it has grown & would blossom I think if the frost would stay off a while longer. the ground froze the last cold spell we had. I separated my grape hyacinthe the other day & another year there will be a lot of them. the ground I have enriched & given them a good bed to grow in. I gave Maude a few chrysantemums to carry home they appeared the same as ever. She wanted to know about the baby & I told her about the teethe & what she said. Pa did not come down but wanted to know if Ralph was here. time hangs heavy on his hand & he stays down stairs more. the little brown dog followed me into the house last night after something to eat and he kicked him out. I was mad & told him he wouldn't wanted his dog kicked out like that. Ma
PS.
Was sorry to hear about Mrs Cutting being so bothered with gas. one can suffer terribly with it. with me it was that soreness working through my sistem [[system]]. & Magnesia helped me as much as anything I could take. I used to get it in squares. I suppose milk of magnesia is the same thing
