next summer. tell her the little brown dog comes over to see me every time he sees me in the yard. I guess he thinks he will find the baby to get let into the house. he dug a great hole under the back shed big enough to crawl into. I save him all my scraps to eat fish he is very fond of poor little dog he stays out all night long & I hear him barking in the night often. 
Old M boleord went to work this week + Gregory is finishing up the chambers, while he is out of a job. I asked him how much he wanted but got no satisfaction. so I gave him a two dollar bill, he does a good job + as one wants him to do + is quick + agreeable + he is in need of the money.
I am glad your tonsils are no worse + hope they will be no more troublesome. if you do have them out they say the operation is not much, they probably give either therein lies the danger in knocking out the heart. Alice says she didnt mind the operation when she had hers removed. well its growing dark so I will draw this to a close + do my dishes I had creamed oysters for supper.
