Its funny we dont hear from the Worcester people, sometimes I feel like writing them, to find out if they are still living, but perhaps they wouldn't want us to know if they are feeble.

I guess we are all showing our age. I feel pretty well, but I have to bang around & see what I can do. my ambition is as strong as it ever was & then I get lamed up, but it dont last long.

Pa comes down to see to things occasionally shuts off the water & sees to the fire. I had fish chowder for dinner & we are both fond of it. I havent had any meat since you left & have not wanted any.

I am going to have a spider cake & apple sauce for our supper. glad the rubbers cam in time you needed them they will do you for this winter no doubt.

There is nothing more I can think of today. so will draw this to a close.
