I have the honor to transmit through Asst Commissioners Office B.R.F and A.L. State of Mississippi this my request that my appointment as an Agent in the B.R.F and A.L may be revoked as soon as possible, my reason for requesting the revocation of my appointment is on account of my health - and it is necessary for me to go North.
