the hands, and that there was no question between Fisher and the hands who looked to him entirely for their pay, and that the indebtedness of the crop to them amounted to between Twenty eight hundred dollars ($2,800) and Three Thousand dollars ($3,000), 

I released from attachment — and set aside — for the payment of the said hands — Sixty (60) bales of Cotton — to be disposed of by the said Fisher for the purpose above named.
