Goodson David

Invites the attention of the Asst. Comr. B. R. F. and A. L. for the State of Miss. to the enclosed papers. States that he is guardian of Ledi and Valerine Goodson now held by one J. W. Cook in Terryville, Claiborne Parish Louisiana, who refuses to deliver up the children and asks the enterposition of the Military authorities in his behalf.
