Dear Sir
I have been called from as Commissioner, for North Miss”, under the ”Civil Rights Bill”, to deliver to the Grand Parents, One little Girl aged Ten Years, Minor, without parents, who has been in the hands of my Clever people, and is given, being altogether unakuainted with her Grand Parents, She refused going with me, please Give inform me what to do in the matter, to my own knowledge She is well provided for, + has every facility for an education [[symbol]] her parents are both died an early another is possible, Yours Girl my Respectfully
