I set up the big boxed area on the upper right as the right margin. I began and ended the box with just one [[right margin]][[/right margin]] transcription note. I created tables, and then used one strikethrough transcription to cross out the whole top part of the table in the right margin. I don't know if that's the best way to do it....I left three spaces after the right margin so you could tell where the left part of the page started.
