The var 0.1 [[ftr.?]] DM +13° 5.13 magn. 8.8 which on Plate I 5328 is of the 
same magn. photographically as comp. star "a". which is too near the
edge of pl. I 2150 for measurement.  v 6 b 9.7,9.4=9.55

it seems pretty obvious that the numbers in red are corrections for the numbers directly below them, even though they haven't been technically struck through - however I've decided to treat them as separate rows even though doing otherwise makes the table representation of the data inaccurate in a way. the table for the data seems to be represented by (x, y, xx109, yx272, coordinates, #, #, symbol, #, #, #, #, #, #, #, #) with letters in the left margin serving as an index, much like row numbers added the footer even though I'm not sure it's technically part of the document
